PRIDE Revolving Loan Fund
PRIDE administers a revolving loan fund to support downtown businesses seeking to invest in façade improvements in the Historic Business Commercial District. The loans can also be approved for investments in business retention and to support business expansion.

The City has also adopted the State of Iowa’s industrial property tax abatement program for qualifying new construction of industrial real estate, research-service facilities, warehouses and distribution centers.
